We know you’ve been waiting patiently, and it’s a huge day for all of us!

Workshops have been selected, every proposal has been notified…and there were so many exciting choices. We honestly could have done two amazing days of workshops! Our team focused on intermediate and advanced offerings that related to our conference theme, and we hope you’ll be able to join us for at least one on Saturday, May 26th .

If you submitted a proposal to the conference, notifications went out at the end of February as promised. Check your inboxes and – just in case – your junk mail or spam folders! There were so many great proposals, and every year it’s hard to have to make decisions about what to accept. We’ve worked to have a full program and respect the need for discussion time in sessions.

If you are accepted, keep your calendars free for May 27, 28 and 29 as we finalize all the time slots.

Early bird registration opens March 12 2018

The early bird discount will be available until April 23, so do take advantage. The registration forms include links to the host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Calgary, and the conference room rate.

For those interested in adding the Yellowknife Symposium, all registration is on the same form. We are thrilled to offer this symposium to evaluators. You can use this form to register for just the Symposium (as well as the conference and workshops). That option is available as “Yellowknife only” and the early bird fee is $125. If you have trouble getting through that, email us and we will help out.

Calgary Tower Gala Event: Our feature event will be held at the Calgary Tower. Join us for stunning views of the city and the Rocky Mountains. The evening will include a selection of appetizers and cash bar.

Refund Policy for Conference and Workshop Registration and Social Event Tickets for c2018

Refunds will be given for requests received in writing postmarked no later than the end of day April 26, 2018 less an administration fee of $100; send an email to [email protected] All refunds will be issued by July 31, 2018.

After the cancellation deadline, we regret that no refunds will be granted; however, we will accept substitute delegates. The substituting party is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information.
