Conference 2018 begins Sunday! We have now closed the online registration.  Please come to the Registration Desk at the Hyatt Regency in Calgary and register in person if you wish to attend.  On-site registration payments can be made via cheque, credit card or debit.

Calgary Tower Gala Event: Our feature event will be held at the Calgary Tower. Join us for stunning views of the city and the Rocky Mountains. The evening will include a selection of appetizers and cash bar.

Refund Policy for Conference and Workshop Registration and Social Event Tickets for c2018

Refunds will be given for requests received in writing postmarked no later than the end of day April 26, 2018 less an administration fee of $100; send an email to secretariat[email protected] All refunds will be issued by July 31, 2018.

After the cancellation deadline, we regret that no refunds will be granted; however, we will accept substitute delegates. The substituting party is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information.
